As far as durability goes, i wear the vest with all 30 lbs when i run two miles three or four times per week. Especially, during your workout. I love how adjustable the weights are.

Cons

Poorly designed, but well made. Catastrophic failure.

Sandbags fall out of the pouches, risking breaking the sand bags. It’s only redeeming quality, it truly is heavy. The jacket quality is weak and cannot carry the weights.
