Pros
The 20lb vest is a great way to add some resistance to your workout. It attaches to your body tightly and securely. The weight is nicely distributed.
This vest is great value for the money. Stitching is great quality. I crossfit, my fingertips are not delicate, but they have been abused this last week by rope work lol.
It holds real firm and doesn't bounce around when strapped firmly. It's like having a really buff, reliable friend hugging you from all sides. Tactical quality gear.
Cons
This vest really needs a second strap for the chest. The right waist strap is about 6 inches too long for no reason. The jacket quality is weak and cannot carry the weights.

Its heavy and the backs loaded so youll have to lift it above your head to put it on which can make it a challenge to remove after a workout
