Pounds (104 kilos) with dumbbells. Found it very sturdy for my needs as a 140 lb woman.

Cons

Middle screw that joins main rib to the back leg came off. This thing is dangerously unstable.

Amazon charges you $60 to return it. Too risky. Should be charging like $50 for this kind of sturdiness. Buyer beware, and don't be like me and ignore the photos.

It should only require one person to assemble, it's a bench not a car.

I bought it for 48$ dollars back then.

This is not gym equipment which costs hundreds and thousands of dollars.

The cap bench was very easy to assemble,very clear directions bolts washers and nuts were packed and labeledclearly and secure.
