Everything was good the bar is good but the shipping was terrible came opened upand missing the other collar for the bar

I contacted customer service (email only) and they responded within a few hours and are shipping me replacements for the missing parts.

(i'd imagine they fell out during shipping, since the ends of the tube were split open.

Packaging/appearance

Came as described in durable packaging and with all parts needed.

However, we have had to return multiple times due to torn packaging and missing parts due to the condition of the box.

Can't get a better, more solid ez bar for the price.

Uses it almost everyday, so it's definetly been worth it's value.

Could not find a lower price for a curl bar.
