Lbs is the perfect size for weight x reps, ideal for all of the routines that my wife and i do. Cast iron dumbbells are my favorite compared to other softer, bulkier dumb bells. They’re durable and they weigh almost exactly their listed weight.

One of mine got a small ding at some point in initial shipping, was re boxed by amazon and no additional damage occurred.

Great dumbells, but they need to do a better job filing out the burs. Don’t waste your money on overly expensive dumbbells, buy these.

There was literally just a shipping label zip tied to the dumbbell. One of the weights has a bunch of raised and jagged edges where you're supposed to grip the weight. The 30lb dumbbell they sent me has metal burrs on the handle.

Overall these are hideous. Amazon sold products are so inferior in quality these days. Product itself is inferior. Very poorly made.
