Pros

Kettlebells are more ergonomically versatile than your traditional dumbbell. Cap makes good affordable fitness equipment with good quality. Only thing i would change is the coating.

My expectations were exceeded with its durability and glossy finish. While my eyes aren't so good these days, and the burrs were small enough that i couldn't see them, i could easily feel them. Handle is smooth and easy to hold.

Product is exactly as advertised. No more interchanging, it's there when i need it. No complaints.

Cons

The enameling leaves some rough areas and ridges on the weight. The bottom of the kettlebell is definitely not flat, and wobbles. The handle is to small for your two hand to grip it.

The grip area of the 40lb bell handle is not rounded off. It's disappointing to find yourself readjusting your grip mid-swing with a 70lb bell. This piece of equipment is absolutely inferior to other cast iron kettle bells.

Competitiveness

They were less expensive than many others on the market.

The 2nd one has a 2-inch slash on the side (2nd picture, the one on the right) and also wobbles because the bottom is uneven.

I'm love kettlebells so i was excited to get a 50lb bell .

I know it's a 35lb blob of iron, but a more supportive and robust packaging set-up is needed.
