Pros

Cast iron hex dumbbells feel heavier than other types. Only complaint is each dumbell weighed exactly 69lbs.

With the cast iron shortage going on because of covid this is the best deal i could find. Hassle free. Great customer service.

Compared to polymer, iron has a very high density. They probably should have been packed in double cardboard boxes or maybe individually.

They're cheaper( if you have a garage gym your floor has a slight slope so they don't roll) don't smell,nor take up space. In order to help prevent rusting, remember to keep them away from humid conditions.

These are great quality dumbells for my home gym.

I don’t need them to be pretty.

If the surface was chipped i just paint it with the color i choose.

I would still order again though as price was good.

Great weights as always but they doubled the price.

Shipping

Prices were high and the shipping costs will get you.

I imagine shipping is difficult but the weights were a bit scratched up.

Product was what i expected but they must have gotten all beat up in shipping.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging does leave something to be desired but they arrived just fine.

Purchased item had ripped through packaging and some plating had scrapped off.
