It’s a solid bar however the description doesn’t make it clear that this is a 35lb bar and not a 45lb bar

Arrived in one piece in a huge cardboard tube that had unfortunately banged around the delivery truck

Side note not actually olympic standard as it weighs 4kg 10 lb less than the standard of 20 kg
