In my humble opinion your choices are basic chrome with the huge savings benefit if you're willing to suffer the consequence of the basic chrome bar being about 12lbs lighter than it should be. Can handle up to 1,000 pounds. Their dumbbells weigh 8.

Cons

The box was damaged and the bar itself was also damaged. It says in the description that the sleeves rotate. The one sleeve rotates and moves about 1.

End drum is now just flopping around. No way to get in contact with customer support or anything. Didn't even last 2 months as weld broke around the collar. Hopefully no one else gets injured while using these cheap products!
