They're perfect for those who can lift 30lbs (sorry, no judgment if you can't) it's like having your own personal mini gym right at home! Plenty of choices in size/weight and quick delivery. Worth getting to expand the home gym options.

Cons

This product leave with a splitting headache after a workout due to its fumes. The weights themselves are nice quality, but the grips are cheap and poorly manufactured. Absolutely pathetic amazon sells this *.

The fumes emanating from them were so bad that i was compelled to take them outside and open windows. Are the hex ends going to fall off on me? Probably will fall apart.
