Pros

The hexagonal shape is very useful for t push up exercise. Perfect for a full body workout. Sturdy, easy to grip, and rubberized on each end.

Fast delivery. Cheaper is ok, but delivery is better. Hard to find dumbbells anywhere else since they’re always sold out in stores and sometimes online because of this pandemic. The customer service is great.

Cons

The rack is not level and was missing 2 c shaped pads. Arrived in a broken box wrapped in oily bubble wrap. When a storefront charges you 10 times the cost of a product because of a pandemic it's not worth the money. Cheap and ethically corrupt.

Chinese dumbbells have a strong smoke smell. The odor is very strong. The product smells strongly of smoke. I am sensitive to fumes but had no idea that this product had them.

I work out alot, so its important to have high quality gym weights.

In the end i am very satisfied with the quality of this product and appreciate that they provide a good home gym experience.

China made dumbbells are notorious for this and account for all the "terrible smell" reviews because real rubber does not stink.

They also deteriorate and crumble apart inside the first time they are dropped on the floor from more than 6 inches.

In terms of value for the money, like all other exercise equipment these days, it's over priced.

I estimate there was anywhere from a 60-95% markup on these from previous prices but i have seen worse.

3 stars on value because these were pricey.

The dumbbells arrived faster than expected (it came in 3 days)!

They came in well packaged and in a timely manner.

I have to say the weights came very fast.

The product was great but the shipping was terrible.

Packaging/appearance

The weights arrived well packed and in good condition with no industrial rubber smell.

These were very heavy items and they were not packed appropriately.

The box that they had been put in was a wreck when it arrived at my house.

Competitiveness

These are also better than some you’ve used at your local gym !
