Pros

The bar is much sturdier than i expected it to be for the price. This makes the bar a bit heavy, but in a good way. It feels sturdy and good quality.

It's a smaller bar, perfect for people with smaller frames who only need 3 feet of length to do a wide-grip lat pull down. It's my favorite piece of attachment equipment out of five others i purchased for my home gym pully system.

Cons

Plastic grip was broken on arrival. Returned for refund. Same defect. Even the metal has a dent in it?

Nice bar, didn’t check length need a longer one but this quality is top notch

With the exception of the cap squat rack i purchased last year, i have always been pleased with cap products and continue to buy from them.

The snap hook does not come with the bar!

Other reviewers seem to have had problems with the grips.

It's just what i was looking and the sale price made it a great value.
