Great width on this bar for wide pulldowns and knurling to keep your grip. The bar has quite a bit of weight to it itself, so adjust your lift accordingly (probably weights 8-10 lbs) the wider bar also hits my lats better in my opinion. If you want a ... Read More

Love the knurling, length, and sturdiness. Cap always surprises me how nice and affordable their equipment is. All parts seen were purchased on amazon.

Its got great knurling, is heavy duty built and really long for great lat activation.

If you want a good lat pulldown bar this is the one you should buy.

I had a cheap throw in lat bar that came with my lat tower attachment and this one blows it away.

Price

This is what i wanted but it has been used ,so i see what the other people were saying, but i'll keep it for the price i paid

It works well, the price was decent, and i would recommend it.

Packaging/appearance

Was very squeaky at first, but packed at little grease where the pulley connector wraps around the bar and it’s all good now.
