Pros
For $140, this is amazing. I'm just doing light weight lots reps to keep the ticker in shape. This bench is 100% reliable, secure and honestly a must have if you’re looking for a really good bench. Cap isn't a cheapo brand.

Cons
The metal base is sturdy, but the padded seat parts are horrible. The gap in between the two padded section is two big and constantly in the wrong spot. If you're holding heavy dumbbells, the seat just releases itself when the welding breaks.

Very sturdy the only thing is this is a high bench so you might be on your toes when using itfor flat bench.
It works well and easy to adjust, but the seat snapped a little the very first time i sat on it.

After crossing my fingers that this was going to have value.

The loss of one star because packaging didn’t travel well with some minor damage but nothing worth contacting customer support over.
