Pros

Took me 30 minutes to assemble, very solid, very sturdy. Sturdy frame. All the pieces fit perfectly and unless you were in a rush should be level and working.

The multiple incline positions are awesome, the pad is comfortable and love that it moves and rolls around easily. They allow for two-handed quick changes easily. The bench is functional and is part of my home gym.

The only negative is the fabric material is not heavy duty. Great value for the price. Cap isn't a cheapo brand.

Cons

I have to ream out the holes with a drill and step bit to elongate them further in order for the spring pin to seat into the support arm holes. The frame is very cheap, screws strip out of threads. I'm sorry that i’ve been a loyal customer to them for... Read More

If you want a rusted workout bench, this is the one for you. While the metal base is sturdy, the padded seat parts are horrible. The padding is extremely thin. The back is too short.
