Pros

Quality product at a rock bottom price. It still works but have a replacement in my cart now.

Roller is firm with a bit of softness on its surface. Firm but soft enough not to hurt. The size is as stared. This foam roller is pretty firm and sturdy.

Cons

The design is poor, it has a denser inner core, glued to a less dense outer covering. The lack of stiffness makes it difficult to gain much therapeutic benefit since it can't really dig into the tissues to release bound fascia. In addition to being a ... Read More
