Pros
Row attachment works perfectly. I wish the welds on the row attachment were full welds. Item come uninstall but easy to assemble. Nice robust piece of equipment.
It feels like this part of the package was slapped on just so they could charge a little extra. Although there was a piece of metal hanging from under the cup, the slight snag is easily pushed over. Fits securely on the bar.
Cons
The metal is extremely thin gauged. Not even close to the quality you would find at a gym. Not made for heavy lifting.
The swivel base is fine, the t-bar is basically worthless. If you load more then 45lbs on this thing it will bend. My first use it bent and broke the weld with just 4 plates.

Nothing special, just cheaper than competitors and better price than others.
I use it with a 55lb and 15lb bumper plate (don’t know why it says not compatible) on a rubber mat.

Most items like this are twice as expensive and dont give you as good of a range or motion similar items have way too much dip

Given the fact that it is not a true standalone unit or attached to a rack you will have to make sure you do use sufficient anchoring but that is to be expected

I took a star off bc when i received the product the paint was already chipping off at the bottom
