Pros

It has rough sections for better grip.

This is probably my 5th item i bought from cap and the quality is so great. Would recommend.

Bar seems to be sturdy and of good quality. Very sturdy and comfortable.

Cons

Ad is for solid, not threaded, bars. Calling this an ez-bar is a stretch. Jaded regrets sent the threaded version, or the one with screw ends.

Quality

This is probably my 5th item i bought from cap and the quality is so great.

I use it with the ironmaster plates and they fit on the ends great.

Not sure if they updated but the knurling on the bar is what i would expect from a brand new bar and is not sharp as others describe.

Price

Plus the price is pretty much unbeatable.

The bar is strong, easy to hold, and the price is good.

Shipping

Both shipping tunes on both bars were torn and retaped by ups.

I’ve purchased other curling bars that were two piece units that were designed for shipping.

Products great shipping time was little longer than claimed it would be.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging it came in was simple and the clamps i had fit it perfectly (lock-jaw one).

Really great curl bar for the price and it is sturdy, packaging came with box tore up but it didn’t matter, bar was fine.

The packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

It did arrive opened, so packaging isn’t the best but hey i finally have my ez curl bar!

Competitiveness

Fits my 1inch walmart weights and clips.

The checkered grip is deep enough to get a good grip, and i put a 25lb plate on each side with no noticeable flex.
