Very sturdy nice and easy assembly adjustable backrest works easily. Also lightweight, easy to move & folds almost flat. If there is looseness, it's the top leg attachment which is designed that way.

I am a large man - 6' 5 (195 cm), and 230 pounds (104 kilos) the total weight limit (user + weights) is 300 pounds. I think i will go with a thicker pad, as the weight continues to increase. I find it very sturdy for my needs as a 140 lb woman.

The bench is not perfect but it is adequate. Thanks, will buy from seller again. This bench is much better quality than the other cheap chinese made ones on amazon.

Cons

At 5'11 my head hangs off the bench while on incline. Middle screws that joins main rib to the back leg came off. Save your money and invest in a better workout bench.

This bench comes as disassembled as it is possible to be without having to weld it to put it back together. It's cheap and fairly easy to assemble, but that’s where the positives stop. It is not built to last.

I especially like the curve of the bench because it keeps my legs out of the way when i do dumbbell exercises.
