Pros
The material seems very durable. It is relatively sturdy and i feel confident using it. However, it is serviceable and comfortable enough.
Assembly instructions are mostly pictures, but they're easy to follow. Comes with the hex wrench, you will need only a screwdriver (flat or phillips) for assembly-for some reason the instructions list a crescent wrench as needed also, it isn't.
Cons
Product has a very strong vinyl and mothball-like odor. The padding is hard, very little to no give at all. Screws are not balanced and are extremely cheap. The cheap glue used on this cushion top has to be at the least carcinogenc!
The bench at it's widest point is only about 12 inches. The description on amazon as well the manufacturer website both list a 500lb capacity incorrectly. This is not good as some of the exercises i want to do put one knee on the bench to hold the bod... Read More

It’s light weight and very sturdy, nice design.
The bench is a little flimsy when sitting on the edge but works great overall.
The frame is sturdy; however, i wish the padded section was a little more robust.
