Pros

Cap always surprises me how nice and affordable their equipment is. Go ahead and buy this one. It's gym quality. This thing is awesome.

There’s no way anyone could actually have a gripe about these. It's wider, has somewhat passive knurling, and comes with a swivel attachment. The grips are plenty long enough for big hands. Comfortable grip with quality knurling.

Big hunk of metal with good knurling. Knurling is rough enough that i have never had an issue with it slipping.

I concur that it is heavy, but to me, i can deal with it. For whatever reason this pulldown bar is completely solid which makes it very heavy.

Cons

The entire bar was covered in cutting oil out of the package, complete with metal chips left over from machining. This seems poorly machined compared to slightly higher priced bars available here.

The bends are so bad and uneven it's pitiful. The rotating motion is not smooth, feels like a ricochet which is distracting.

This is very heavy duty and i know itll last me a long time

Excellent addition to home gym at a great price.

This bar is perfect all around and the price is amazing.

I'm glad i didn't spend the extra $30-$50 to get one of the offset versions

Packaging/appearance

Was very squeaky at first, but packed at little grease where the pulley connector wraps around the bar and it’s all good now.
