Pros

The bar has quite a bit of weight to it itself, so adjust your lift accordingly (probably weights 8-10 lbs) solid construction with perfect knurling.

The best bar for wide grip and close grip pulldowns, undergrip pulldowns. The only downfall is the swivel.

Cap always surprises me how nice and affordable their equipment is. This bar is perfect all around and the price is amazing.

Cons

The knurling as the pics show is tarnished and there seems to be some grey paint like stain at the joints of the bar. The bends are so bad and uneven it's pitiful.

Do not buy this ridiculously small rope. It turns in the sleeve but then catches and locks into one portion of the 360 rotation.

This is what i wanted but it has been used ,so i see what the other people were saying, but i'll keep it for the price i paid

I'm glad i didn't spend the extra $30-$50 to get one of the offset versions

Packaging/appearance

Was very squeaky at first, but packed at little grease where the pulley connector wraps around the bar and it’s all good now.
