Pros

Great product. Would recommend for beginner users. The texture makes it easy to handle.

Bigger than i expected, to be honest. We do this on grass for what it’s worth. I know most men may want a heavier ball, but if you are a runner i think this is perfect for men and women.

Cons

The grip and feel of the ball is cheasy. Pathetically cheap construction. Smells like horrible petroleum chemical.

I bought the cap medicine ball because it was the cheapest and it looks like the nike ball that i've used many times.

The differences are pretty subtle but if you compare two different brands at the same time, it's noticeable.

If i bought a more expensive one, i'm sure that it would not be too much liking much better than this cheaper cap ball.
