Pros

The balls are great and they were shipped in time with no delay. I like it for a slight change of pace from the other balls i use, because it is a little more demanding in a way.

Cons

This is a great 4 pound ball, except that it smells of fumes. On the 3rd workout using one of the balls it completely ripped across. I purchase 6-8 balls for my workout class and this is one terrible manufactured ball. Terrible service at the gym.

I bought the cap medicine ball because it was the cheapest and it looks like the nike ball that i've used many times.

The differences are pretty subtle but if you compare two different brands at the same time, it's noticeable.

If i bought a more expensive one, i'm sure that it would not be too much liking much better than this cheaper cap ball.
