It is stable and about as compact as a power cage can be. Other then that, for a home gym we think it's great.

Box was completely mutilated. No one ever answers the phone and no voicemail.

I'm happy with the rack for my purposes and i would recommend it.

I haven't tried it to the max capacity, but my husband has used it standing and with the bench and i have attempted to do pull-ups.

Packaging was torn open when it arrived.

The box showed up in meh condition, and the pack of nuts and washers was busted open, and they were all over the inside of the box.

It holds 500lbs including user weight but we don't really see ourselves squaring or pressing more then 300-350lbs anyway.
