Pros & Cons
Pros
I have the raised neutral grip with black coating and have not noticed any of it peeling or rubbing off. The gnurling is nice and grippy and is still effective even with chalk. Feels a little heavier than 46 lbs, but that’s good.
Overall for $108 can’t complain. If you want a decent hex bar, this gets the job done. Saved 30 dollars and got the same product.
Great product for back rehab and for those learning to squat. Works out 3 days a week doing squats, calf raises, bent over rows, and dead lifts. My back looks better than ever 1 year after purchasing.
No rust or dings on the bar. Packaging-they cover it in light cardboard. The welds are fine and the finish is what you would expect with zink.
Cons
Completely unusable. Manufacturer needs to stand behind product and issue a refund!
Even if it weren't covered in rust, the welds are awful, and the bar doesn't weigh what was advertised.
The welds are bad, the angle is off center and was dinged in a few places. There are scuff marks all over the bar, the welding has not been refinished and the bar is bowed.
Highlights
Quality
Range of motion and the build of the product is sound.
Nice and sturdy, no rust and a challenging weight!
I have had this bar for a month and the grips are painful for my hands and they will be red after my workout.
Since i have gotten this bar i have been working out 3 days a week doing squats, calf raises, bent over rows, and dead lifts.
Price
I decided to go with cheapest bar possible to see what i would get, knowing amazon will allow returns.
Buy this and laugh at everyone who paid far too much for theirs.
I would say it’s a good priced bar.
Overall this is perfect for the money.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging (seen in the pic) and the bar itself.
Packaging-they cover it in light cardboard, soft rubber material on handles and ends.
Competitiveness
For a quarantine bar, i’m still grateful to have it in comparison to no gym equipment.

Will hold a good amount of weight but not as much as some of the higher end bars out there

The welds look like a child did them which leads me to question the sturdiness hence the 3 star rating for that category

You can do most anything you need with this bar but lunge squats with these may be uncomfortable because its a closed bar instead of the open back design
