Pros

The bar is solid and sturdy. Used mostly for back squats, deadlifts, front squats, and performed well.

Cons

Bar is 37lbs, do not buy if you are looking for a 45lbs olympic bar. It's my fault for not doing the kg to lb conversion &amp. This bar is unsafe.

The barbell is low quality and has all kinds of small weird issues. One side is loose and impossible to retighten. Definitely a terrible value, lol. Beginner to advanced, there could not be a worse item to buy than this one.

Be cautious out here folks. Very unfortunate. Too bad. This product is dangerous. Would not recommend.
