Pros

It is very sturdy and feels like a standard oly bar, albeit shorter. Chrome terrible packaging but surprisingly not damaged. Rattle from within that all cheap bars seem to have.

It's better for curls and overhead lifts. Rotation is smooth as well but not like sleeves will rotate like a fidget spinner.

Perfect size for my small workout space. Hip thrusts, rdls, etc are just easier in my space with a shorter bar.

Cons

Taking plates on and off scratches the paint coating off. The barbell is effectively unusable. Just the loading sleeves riding on the bar held in with allen bolts and washers. Bent on the second set.

General quality is ok but there is excessive play in the bar collars both in and out as well as up and down. The packaging is not the best. It isn't sturdy at all.

The cost of returning the product almost equals the cost of the bar. It's as if i paid full price for a heavily used bar. Amazon should for sure correct the ad.

This is a solid peice of equipment.

It's heavy ☑️it's sturdy ✅it's affordable✔️i wiped it down with 91% isopropyl alcohol.

If i were going to lift more than 200lbs, i'd be more concerned about the roll in the sleeves.
