Shipping

Item was well packaged, undamaged and delivered a day earlier than projected.

Only issue i have with it was the shipping.

Packaging/appearance

It would be a painful return as this is heavy and cumbersome to pack, not to mention wasteful if all i need is a replacement end piece.

I assumed the packaging would include that hideous extruded polystyrene that gets everywhere, and it did.

Arrived with big scratches from the limited packaging.
