I. Am 250lbs and it holds anything i do on it without flinching. This bar is perfectly shaped and very strong. Good thickens and material seems sturdy.

The best part is the way that it allows the weights to spin as i rotate the bar. This relieves pressure on my wrists and forearms and makes for a cleaner curl. The grip configuration feels great on you wrist for bicep and tricep work. Much better for ... Read More

Only negative is that the bearings are a little squeaky but great after a little lubricate. All bends are symmetrical and appear perfect. Only had a small scuff or discoloration on the handle.

Cons

Quality control failed to include pins for the locks. Calling the service number led to endless ringing with no voicemail or answer. The * are worthless that are provided.

I've been lifting about 4 months and this bar is very well made.

Price

I was a little skeptical because of the price but it exceeded my expectations.

Great bar for the pricereally this is all you need for a curl.

The price on this was impossible to pass up.

Little squeaky at times but for the price you can't beat it

Shipping

I ordered this 6 times over the course of a year, but it wouldn't ship and i'd eventually have to request a refund.

Packaging/appearance

The curl bar came in pretty beat up packaging, which was no big deal.

The packaging was a little bent and ripped up but this did not damage the product at all.
