Pros

Three-different sized grips are great, and the balance is nice. Quads are already bigger than before i had it. The handles rotate so you can select from the different sized grips.

This hex/trap is much safer and enjoyable. I feel it helps with my for. I highly recommend everyone get one of these.

It is easier to have a neutral back when deadlifting because the bar isn't scraping along your shins. Some of my back issues are due to neglecting my core muscles and got this, along with a medicine ball to start working on my core strength.

It is constructed really well. The bolts are sturdy and make the connections very solid. Seems sturdy left it loaded up all night and was fine this morning.

It gives you kick-* workouts. Makes dead lifting a lot more comfortable. Center of gravity plays a key role in this.
