After 2 sets you start to feel like there’s not much between your palm and the bar

I'm 6'1" and was 280 lbs when i first got them and they were rock solid.

Price

They are cheap enough to dispose of them at that point.

I'd definitely recommend these if you're in the market for inexpensive workout equipment.

These push-up bars arrived well packaged and only required a few wingnuts (which were provided) to assemble.

Competitiveness

I have used other push up bars that costed more and by far these are the best i have.
