Pros

Cap is always quality and best bang for your buck. My favorite accessory for this isn't available as far as i know outside of walmart.

Squat and bench work.

Cons

Buy a high quality brand. Had them for over a month. They are not exactly to spec.

Half of the alan head bolts are not cut correctly and won't even fit the alan key in unless you hammer it in. There’s a fat gap and the locknut doesn’t reach. The threaded screws to connect the polls were impossible to screw in.

Simply put: cap has great products at the most affordable prices!

Perfect accessories for dip and bench at reasonable prices.

I've personally (against the manufacturer's reccomendation) loaded it with 505 lbs for squat once and 405 hundreds of times.

Those weren't clear from the seller pictures.
