Pros

It is sturdy. It is helpful to have your own socket wrench to assemble with.

The fm-905q rack is modular and can be upgraded with additional kits. This is a great buy and addition.

This rack works well for me and lighter weight on bench press. I also have 2 - 25lb weights on the holder, so i would feel confident it wouldn't move on the mats much if any. Rack is perfect for my garage gym.

I have done kipping pull ups and it was sturdy

Easy to assemble, sturdy, good quality elements, useful accessories.

Being almost 50 with a lot of body pains and issues, i no longer lift heavy.
