Pros

There was little to no odor with these bumpers. They fit very well on my 2 inch bar. I use it on a 1/4 rubber mat in my cement garage. These are a great addition to our home gym but they are not top gym quality.

At the original price- these are decent plates. Cap makes great budget workout gear and these plates are no exception.

Good quality. Shipped quickly. Came at great price, $1 per pound. Have had for 3 months now and can't complain one bit.

Cons

No bounce or flex just hard plastic. Scuffed and discolored. Thin and somewhat flimsy.

The chemical smell is overwhelming. They collapse during your 2 minute rest between sets! These were not left loaded and sitting either.

Just received them this morning and was little worried about the quality but gotta say a+ its just perfect.
