Pros

The bar is set up to keep the weights stable with the small gasket and easy to screw and adjust bolt. I prefer a wide grip when benching and this bars is just fine for that.

Bought this for use at home. It works phenomenally for landmine rows and forlandmine oblique twists.

Cons

The description of the product is misleading. The seller wants me to pay for shipping to return this. The bar is not measured at 2 in diameter.

This barbell is not solid. It is not a solid bar it actually comes in flimsy 3 pieces. Even together the pieces are loose! It is held together with a flimsy pin that is hammered in.

I have no way to turn the piece to make the holes align on one side. Not from the vertical slamming on each end to attach. Are too big. They fit rather loosely so they will not spin.
