Im not sure if one of the plates was damaged during delivery or not but im not bothered by it.

There is a bit of shipping grease on them and they do have a little bit of a plastic smell to them.

These come well packed in sturdy boxes, and are wrapped in plastic.

Came greasy and stink like rubber if that matters to you.

My initial impressions are i can't find any difference between these and the more expensive name brand bumper plates.

I've purchased 2 different brands of bumper plates and this brand actually seemed more durable than the other brand i purchased.

Coating feels comparable to titan brand weights.
