Pros

For those who love a hellacious weighted-workout, this is a good product at a good price. This is a bit loose on me around the waist/midsection, but fine in the chest/shoulders.

With the velcro straps, the vest is very secure on you. It holds real firm and doesn't bounce around when strapped firmly.

Cons

It appears they have updated the form factor on their weights as they no longer appear in the size or dimension of this one pictured. It has one strap for the bottom which when tightened all the way was still too large (i am a 30” waist) the right wai... Read More

Lasted less than a year. At 4-5 month started ripping. It just went downhill from there. seams fraying at 7 months personal use.
