Pros

The grips are very nice & work much better for me than a straight bar you find on some dbs. They actually weigh what they're supposed to weigh. During normal use they seem to be holding up well but i only drop them from a couple feet onto cushione... Read More

The odor is a little stronger than some of the higher-end brands. Wiping down the dumbbells is also necessary to clean off the black gunk. Lysol wipes or some similar product helps a bit, and the odor fades within a few days.

Cons

Average price for weights is $2/pound. Poor quality, makes a hollow sounds when set down. Amazon has better quality and solid weights for the same or lesser price.

The only downside for these weights is the cost.

These same weights should have cost about half the price a few years ago.
