Pros

These work great on a standard barbell out dumbbell. Works great with forearm trainer. They are thinner that i thought so more of them can fit on a bar than expected.

Cons

These are too small for my 1” dumbbell set. This product description is inaccurate. Do not buy based on 1 description.
