Im taking 1 star away because like many of cap barbell equipments it has some rough edges and imperfections on the handles

Oh and somehow the collar keeps getting loose after each set so i often have to tighten it after the set

Sure you could use dumbbells or a barbell to work your triceps but in my opinion theres nothing quite like using this type of bar
