Pros

The macebell is great for unconventional workouts. It allows for a very dynamic full body workout. It's a good upper-body workout, but unless you have very high ceilings (i don't), be careful! A nice piece of exercise equipment for the home gym.

The 15 pounder is a bit heavy for a beginner, but i hold it closer to the head for some exercises and do just fine. If you hold it by knurling areas, it weights 26lb.

Only downfall is there sounds like there is a tiny piece of metal that is rattling in the handle. The coating seems quality, there’s plenty of knurling for grip, and the welding at the head is well done.

Cons

Star rating is because the mace arrived damaged due to poor packaging. It has inferior knurling making it harder to keep from slipping out of my hands.
