Fwiw beware the lighter weight hexagon dumbbells like these 12lb ones dont sit on most dumbbell racks properly and you will smash your pinky finger or your forefinger when racking them because the height of the handle is too low to the supporting plane and your pinky finger or your forefinger will be caught between the dumbbell handle and the racks shelfs vertical part of the metal angle

Replacing the one sheet of thin paper with a molded styrofoam insert would be a much better solution for shipping this product
