Pros
Hand grips are not as soft as i expected but that's not a bad thing as they would squash and become deformed if they were any softer. Comfortable to grip and workout with. Even when my hands start to sweat i still have a good grip.
Cons
The weights themselves are nice quality, but the grips are cheap and poorly manufactured. The rubber is uncomfortable and awkward on edges.
