The rubber coating smells terrible. Like a chemical coating. It has a prop 65 label on them and then there's also the fact that they stain your hands a lot with this weird black powder.
Just received my two 60lb dumbbells on 8/15. All my other rubber dumb bells weigh more than the stated weight. This is very disappointing that i only went up 3.
Small print says product can cause cancer and birth defects. I merely want a set of cap db to last longer than 2 months. Not recommended.

Dumbbells are very comfortable, with a good grip and came nicely packaged.
A little sticky when i opened the box, but hope that will go away.

But after 3 short months i am pushing 20 reps on the bench with two of these oversized dumbbells and have lost 35 lbs in that same period of time sending me back in time to a smaller healthier body thanks

Highquality and pleasant to use but the vulcanized rubber smell is so strong that even after 2 weeks of sitting outside in the sun i am still unable to bring them inside
