Pros

It secures very tightly. Has padding within door clamp and on bar. It's not scratching the frame so that's an even bigger plus!

This is incredibly easy to use and setup. Took 1 minute to unpack and 30 seconds to install. Easy to assemble and good fitment.

Since the pandemic started, i have like so many others bought gear to work out at home. I'm 28 and i have spina bifida to where my legs mobility and strength are terrible. It’s a nice inexpensive sit up anchor.

This is very similar in quality and durability, which is a good thing. Durable and good quality. Breaks down and packs easily for travel.

Cons

Go for the more expensive, sturdier bar. The product itself is of high quality, but its functionality does not warrant its purchase. No evident way to reach them through amazon.

For inexplicable reasons, the knob that secures this to the door sticks out about 3 inches farther than necessary when it is already secured to a standard sized door. This is pretty much worthless. Could be tightened down more, but not without damagin... Read More
