The set-up is easy enough that it is not a hassle or a hinderance to getting it out or breaking it back down. Very lightweight, easy to move. It is light, because it is cheap, but it's not a bad quality.
It collapses for easy storage and has a multitude of position settings to assist with a large quantity of exercises. It is not completely flat, but enough for us to tuck it out of the way.
Cons
The back (the part that declines/inclines) seems sturdy enough, but the seat is already wobbling. Customer service seems non-existent! No manual or instructions for use.

What a steal for such an inexpensive price.
Performs as it should for the price.
Bought for $60 and has the same build quality as benches over $150.
But for the price i can’t really complain.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was good but dusty and had some rust like it had been in storage for a while.

By no means would i try to do a world record bench press with it but if you are repping between 200300 lbs and you weigh 225 you should be okay but dont take my word for it

It would have been a little easier to assemble if i had a second pair of hands for the locknuts these seem to be a requirement with all cap products but still only took less than an hour to put together

The lack of a bar rest makes it less then ideal for benching but can still be done if you are careful
