Things to like: stable and well-built, easy to assemble, a single flat plate for your feet is a very good feature.
I have owned and used this for a year and noticed great improvement within the first 2 weeks
The foot pegs are a little out of position for a short, 5'1" woman, but other than that it is perfect and well made.
It seems well made, maybe the padding is on the thin side.

Fairly simple to build and packaging was sufficient to keep it secure durning shipping.

In comparing to the over $1000+ professional gym type equipment this gets the job done just as well.
Not many other benches available on amazon have the foot platform to do sides.

Someone said the calf cushions dont line up to actually touch your calves i agree they dont but my calves dont touch the ones at the gym i use neither

My one gripe is that as others said the adjustment holes are way too far apart and do not fit me well at all im 6

I havent asked my wife whether they fit her 5434 but shes probably the equivalent of a tall chinese girl in height so it probably works for her
