Pros
I am only 5'7 so i have it set to the shortest distance. I lay my yoga mat over the rest which solves that problem. My only complaint is that the distance between the top and bottom foam rollers was adjustable.
In this bench you will have the same benefit you can get using expensive brands like titan, rogue, and others. This isn’t professional gym quality but at this price point it’s is very good for home use.
Strong, sturdy, and comfortable enough. The seat pads even seem decent quality and feel. If you can get this roman chair at a good price and can live with the limitations or are willing to do a little work on it, it's a pretty good value.
Cons
Not stable and cheaply made. There are holes in the feet such that it could be bolted to the floor. The foot rest that you would normal press on to keep stable is weak and wooblys. It did not hook my feet securely.
Biggest complaint is that it isn't study at all. The customer service is terrible. Don’t purchase this piece of *.
Also, this is not built for short people. The base is uneven by 2 inches. There are 2 pads which were different heights and had sharp edges because the foam is thin and hard.

I mean the tolerances leave great enough spaces such that use will be very wobbly unless you get large handled ratchets to actually bend the metal meaning use of a pair of pliers won’t get the job tight enough

First let me say this thing is built like a tank yes it moves a little after assembled that seems to be an intentional part of the design but it feels like it could hold a horse

The only thing i would really change about this would be thicker padding on the plates your hips rest on while the padding for your legs is more than ample its adequate but im one of those people who always thinks the more padding the better and im usually right more padding is more comfortable doubling the padding thickness would be most appreciated if anyone at the company reads these things
