Pros

The cap weight bench is sturdy and looks great. The only real negative is that it cannot be configured for doing seated/military presses. The bench has a 350lb weight limit, which leaves me to bench 150 lb bar.

The 'stamina fold-to-fit folding equipment mat' is an affordable way to begin developing upper body strength in the comfort of your own home. The 'the step original aerobic platform' is a circuit size aerobic platform.

Assembly is quick and easy and all nuts and bolts were threaded cleanly and correctly. All fasteners are still nice and tight. If you torque up the screws to where they need to be, it's like a rock.

Cons

This thing is so incredibly wobbly. It bends when you tight the nuts and is some pieces are crooked. Im sure it will dismantle itself after a few uses.

This product is barely usable due to serious design flaws. Extremely clunky, not everything fits. The other issue is the fit. It’s not a good starter anything. The only flaw is the poor quality.

Racks for this are way too small to safely handle where you could either, squish your hands/ or miss the rack. The uprights need to be another 8 taller to allow proper placement of the bar to your body. Vertical posts are too close to each other. It i... Read More

A complete waste of money. Will be returning tomorrow. My first recommendation to all of you is that don't buy this product.

Awesome bench, easy assembly, very sturdy and comfortable

This is a very sturdy set up and the cushion is very nice!

It has nothing to hold the bar on there once you put weights in one side.

My bowflex didn't even last this long.

I still can't believe i got this for less than 90 bucks.

No way to adjust this because the seat is fixed (of course, sliding seat would cost much more).

Everything arrived in the box, except all washers - but they weren’t essential for assembly ;)
